Estela took my family's needs very seriously. My family needed a decent, starter home in a safe location that was clean and livable. She was very upfront and honest about the market being a seller's market and every house fitting my description would receive multiple bids the first couple days after being listed. She offered to go door-to-door in any neighborhood I liked and see if anyone was willing to sell their house. I was also in the middle of planning a wedding, and she offered to look at any house I wanted her to look at without me having to go. I still went anyway, because I liked looking at all the different houses. She communicated with me virtually everyday and always returned my phone calls and texts immediately. After about three months of relentless searching, we eventually found a decent house in South Ogden, and Estela helped us win the bid easily with an escalation clause that made it so we agreed to purchase at a price 2K more than the highest bidder. She also coached me through writing a letter to the seller about why I my family needed to buy his house. She also wrote the contract so I had no obligation to purchase the house if I later found anything I did not like. She was able to negotiate with the seller to fix all the issues with the house, keep a newer refrigerator, washer, dryer, and get us a brand new dishwasher. After we signed the contract, she easily could have walked away from us. Instead, she brought her high school, football playing son and some of his high school football player teammates to help me haul away some old carpet, the old refrigerator, and the old dishwasher to the dump. I'm sure she will also work this hard for you as well to make sure you get a home you're happy with in a good neighbourhood.
